We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented, self-starters that are passionate about travel to join our growing team. Castle Explorers is a family owned and operated agency and we pride ourselves in the support given to team members. Our goal is to help you have an exciting, successful and highly profitable career in the travel industry. Experience is a plus, but not required. Training is available for ideal candidates.

About this opportunity:

o This is an independent contractor position.
o Work from home, while traveling, etc.
o Flexible hours with the ability to set your own schedule.
o Is strictly commission based, with NO limit to earning potential. 

o Training and support provided.

o Travel benefits after sales benchmarks achieved.

 

Responsibilities:

o Assist clients in all aspects of the vacation planning process.
o Provide customer service for clients before, during and after travel.
o Build and grow your own book of clients (training provided).
o Participate in marketing activities to drive leads and increase your sales (training provided).
o Participation in team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to include goal setting.
o Track and report commissions and performance data.
o Willingness to participate in educational opportunities, where available.

Qualifications:

o Organized, detail-oriented self-starter.
o Strong written and verbal communication.
o Must have a computer, phone and high-speed internet.
o Availability to assist clients, as needed.
o Complete orientation and training (required).
o Experience not required but considered a plus.
o Personal travel experience not required but considered a plus.
